The Seta Bar
This aptly named bar (Seta means arrow in Portuguese) is situated at the very prow of the ship-shaped Hotel Dona Ana. Dressed in dreamy shades of turquoise and aqua, this is a bar for a cocktail dress, a cocktail and a romance. It gets the thumbs-up for one of the more surprising of the coolest bars in Africa but in a more dressy Miami-styled way.
